AER-08B – Gaul Warrior Charging

The Gauls were renowned throughout the ancient world for their fierce warrior culture. Divided among numerous tribes across much of western and central Europe, they frequently came into conflict with Rome as Roman influence expanded beyond the Italian peninsula.

AER-08B – Gaul Warrior Charging captures one of these warriors surging towards the enemy, creating a strong sense of movement and aggression.

Charging figures are particularly effective when grouped together, transforming individual warriors into a massed Celtic assault against a disciplined Roman battle line. The varied clothing, shields and equipment of the Gauls also create a striking contrast with the more organised appearance of their Roman opponents.
