My name is Anthony Williams. This is a small family run business based in Brisbane, Australia. Please read through this for some important information regarding ordering miniatures from our website. 

 

The site has a base price for each item set in USD. Prices listed should be converted to your localized currency when viewing the website. Any relevant taxes (such as GST for Australia), duties, or tariffs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $300 AUD and for international orders over $500 AUD. The checkout page will show you a progress bar to indicate if your order qualifies for free shipping. Other shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

We post items on Monday and Thursday local time. Every order will come with a free tracking number from Australia Post which we will email to you once the item is posted.

 

Our listed stock is a result of a stock take done of thousands of items by many helpful hands over many months. Most importantly, it is a stock take of the boxes in the store and not necessarily the figures in the store. As such, we cannot guarantee that every item listed will be accurate. This includes the quantity, price, and any other details.

 

We will always contact you if there are any questions and we are always open to returns if mistakes are discovered after receiving your order. 

 

When you place an order with us, it may take 1-4 days for us to confirm your requested items. We will contact you if there any issues with your order.
