HITT-09BN – 4 Hittite Spearmen

The armies gathered at Kadesh represented two of the great powers of the Late Bronze Age. On the Hittite side, warriors were drawn from throughout the king's realm, supplemented by troops supplied by vassals and allies for the confrontation with Egypt.

HITT-09BN – 4 Hittite Spearmen provides another group of infantry with which to strengthen that army.

Produced by John Jenkins Designs, the set is especially effective when combined with HITT-09AN and the individual Hittite releases. Together, they allow collectors to create a larger, less uniform formation that better conveys the appearance of an army assembled from across the Hittite sphere of influence.

For a Kadesh diorama, the spearmen can provide the massed infantry presence behind the spectacular Hittite chariots, adding scale and atmosphere to the scene.
