JR-39BN – Three Highlanders
JR-39BN provides three Highlanders for collectors looking to increase the size of the Jacobite force while retaining plenty of pose variation.
A larger army gives much greater scope to recreate the characteristic movement associated with a Highland attack. Some warriors can be positioned well forward, others around the standards and still more forming the depth behind them.
The set can be combined directly with JR-39AN to create six additional warriors, then mixed with the JR-31 and JR-40 releases.
This approach avoids a perfectly uniform formation and better suits the visual character of the Jacobite army.
Whether displayed at Culloden or in one of the earlier battles of the Rising, the extra figures help give the scene the scale it deserves.
