CS00845 - 2nd Wisconsin Officer | The Collectors Showcase

The 2nd Wisconsin figures present a wide range of experiences within Union infantry service during the American Civil War. Officers, colour bearers and men fighting, advancing or falling in battle help recreate the human scale of an infantry engagement.

The CS00845 - 2nd Wisconsin Officer figure captures a particular moment from this wider setting. An officer figure gives the scene a clear sense of leadership and order. It can anchor an infantry group or, in the artillery series, stand alongside the gun and its attending crew.

When combined with the other 2nd Wisconsin figures, the scene can move from leadership and an advance to the realities of battle.

It makes a valuable addition to the 54mm 2nd Wisconsin grouping, complementing its officers, colour bearer and fellow infantry figures.
