CS00846 - 2nd Wisconsin Flagbearer | The Collectors Showcase
On a Civil War battlefield, regimental identity was maintained through officers, colours and the actions of individual soldiers. The 2nd Wisconsin series provides these complementary elements for a dynamic Union infantry scene.
The CS00846 - 2nd Wisconsin Flagbearer figure captures a particular moment from this wider setting. The flagbearer places the unit's colours at the centre of the scene. It provides a natural point around which officers, musicians and action figures can be arranged to suggest a coherent military formation.
When combined with the other 2nd Wisconsin figures, the scene can move from leadership and an advance to the realities of battle.
It makes a valuable addition to the 54mm 2nd Wisconsin grouping, complementing its officers, colour bearer and fellow infantry figures.
Now available from The Military Workshop.
