CS01114 - Berdans Drummer | The Collectors Showcase

The Berdans figures focus on the varied positions and supporting roles found in a Union Civil War infantry group. Standing, kneeling and prone poses allow a display to suggest different stages of firing and reloading rather than a uniform line of identical soldiers.

The CS01114 - Berdans Drummer figure captures a particular moment from this wider setting. The drummer brings a regimental musician into the scene and provides a welcome contrast to infantry in action. Paired with the bugler, officer or flagbearer, it gives a unit greater depth and identity.

Arranged with the other firing and reloading poses, it helps build a layered battlefield composition with varied activity.

This 54mm figure combines naturally with the other Berdans subjects to create a varied Union position with depth, movement and historical atmosphere.
