ACCPACK059A – German 7.5cm leIG 18 Infantry Gun with Crew Figure

The 7.5cm leichtes Infanteriegeschütz 18, usually abbreviated to 7.5cm leIG 18, was developed to provide German infantry units with their own close-support artillery.

Compact enough to accompany infantry formations, the weapon could deliver explosive shells against enemy positions that were difficult to engage effectively with rifles and machine guns alone.

ACCPACK059A combines the distinctive infantry gun with a crew figure, allowing collectors to establish a working gun position immediately. Additional ammunition, crewmen and battlefield accessories can expand the scene further.

Available from The Military Workshop – a detailed Thomas Gunn 7.5cm leIG 18 and crew figure representing an important component of German infantry fire support during WWII.
