CS01173 - 72nd Pennsylvania Ammo Carrier | The Collectors Showcase

An infantry regiment relied on many individuals beyond those firing at the front. The 72nd Pennsylvania grouping includes leadership, musicians, ammunition support and men engaged in battle, bringing a sense of completeness to a Union display.

The CS01173 - 72nd Pennsylvania Ammo Carrier figure captures a particular moment from this wider setting. The ammunition carrier represents the supporting side of infantry service rather than a figure actively firing. It fits naturally behind a line of 72nd Pennsylvania soldiers and adds an important practical detail to the arrangement.

Together with the officers, musicians and front-line figures, it helps give the 72nd Pennsylvania a complete regimental presence.

This 54mm figure pairs naturally with the other 72nd Pennsylvania subjects, adding another layer of detail to a cohesive Union regimental scene.
