BBG142 – K&C ‘Heritage Classics’ On Patrol #3 | King & Country
BBG142 “Heritage Classics – On Patrol #3” is the final two-man patrol set in King & Country’s first release of Heritage Classics.
Both snow-camouflaged German soldiers carry backpacks and Karabiner 98k rifles as they make their way through the frozen landscape.
The soldier in front appears comparatively relaxed and is enjoying his pipe while walking. His companion, however, is noticeably more cautious, carefully watching the surrounding area for signs of danger.
That contrast between the two figures gives the set a particularly natural quality and helps create the atmosphere of a patrol moving through territory where conditions might appear quiet but danger could never be far away.
Originally associated with King & Country’s Battle of the Bulge range, these figures have now been transformed for service on the Eastern Front, complete with updated painting, weathering and red identification bands.
Displayed alongside the other Heritage Classics sets, BBG142 helps complete a substantial and varied German winter patrol.
Will be available from The Military Workshop.
