AG-04B – Germanic Cherusci Warrior

The forests and difficult terrain of ancient Germania presented Roman armies with challenges very different from the open battlefields where their disciplined formations could operate most effectively.

AG-04B – Germanic Cherusci Warrior represents a fighter accustomed to this frontier environment. Warriors such as these could use woodland, broken ground and surprise attacks to challenge an enemy whose strength depended heavily upon maintaining formation.

The figure is particularly suitable for a Teutoburg Forest-inspired diorama, where Germanic warriors can be positioned emerging from cover around a vulnerable Roman column.
