AG-09A – Germanic Cherusci Warrior

Although the Cherusci are best remembered for their victory in AD 9, Rome did not simply abandon the struggle immediately afterwards. Roman forces returned to Germania in subsequent campaigns, including major operations led by Germanicus.

AG-09A – Germanic Cherusci Warrior can therefore represent a fighter from the wider period of conflict that followed the destruction of Varus’ legions.

His individual pose adds another useful variation to a growing Germanic army and works equally well in an ambush, open battle or tribal gathering.
