ALM-21BD – 2 Almoravid Archers

The armies of medieval North Africa relied upon a mixture of troops, and archery formed an important part of the Almoravid battlefield system. Bowmen could operate in support of the main infantry while maintaining pressure on an approaching enemy.

ALM-21BD – 2 Almoravid Archers adds another pair of missile troops to the collection. As an alternative variation, the set is especially useful when mixed with ALM-21AD and the individual archers to avoid creating rows of identical figures.

Together, the different releases allow collectors to build anything from a small supporting group to a sizeable Almoravid archer contingent.
