AP-007A – Persian Archer
Archery was one of the great strengths of the Achaemenid Persian military tradition. Persian armies could field large numbers of bowmen capable of delivering sustained missile fire against an approaching enemy.
AP-007A – Persian Archer represents one of these bowmen and provides collectors with an individual figure that can be positioned within a much larger missile formation.
Persian archers work particularly well when combined with shield-bearing Sparabara infantry, creating a visually distinctive force that contrasts strongly with the heavily armed hoplites of the Greek world.
