BREED-102 - Breed's Hill Redoubt, Straight CR | John Jenkins Designs

This straight wall section represents part of the American defensive redoubt constructed on Breed's Hill during the Battle of Bunker Hill on 17 June 1775.

Identified as Straight CR, BREED-102 is one of the connecting sections used in the construction of the complete standard Breed's Hill Redoubt.

The fortifications were established by American colonial forces during the Siege of Boston, providing a defended position overlooking the surrounding approaches.

British regular troops launched three major assaults against the colonial defenders on 17 June 1775.

The first two attacks were successfully repulsed, with the British suffering heavy casualties. During the third assault, the American defenders, having largely exhausted their ammunition, were forced to abandon the position.

Although the British captured the redoubt, the engagement was an important early demonstration of the fighting ability of the colonial militia.

BREED-102 forms part of the six-set standard fortification assembly and is intended to connect with BREED-100, BREED-101, BREED-103, BREED-104 and BREED-105.

Please note: This product is an individual modular straight section and does not form a complete redoubt on its own.
