CAN-04B – Woodland Indians – Kneeling, Firing & Loading B

The dense forests of North America demanded a very different style of fighting from the formal battlefield manoeuvres familiar to European armies. Woodland warriors made skilled use of trees, rocks and broken ground, fighting in dispersed formations where individual initiative was essential.

CAN-04B adds another group of Woodland Indian warriors in kneeling, firing and loading poses, complementing CAN-04A and allowing a much larger skirmish line to be created.

The varied actions are particularly effective when the figures are spread naturally through woodland scenery rather than arranged in conventional ranks.
