CF033 "The Universal Tommy" is a retired collectible toy soldier figure manufactured by King & Country as part of their elite Collectors Club series.

The figure features a British WWI soldier ("Tommy") impersonating the legendary silent film star Charlie Chaplin to amuse his comrades behind the front lines.

It serves as a historical tribute to Charlie Chaplin's massive popularity during the First World War. While Chaplin did not serve in the military, his films were provided free of charge to entertain troops. His distinct "Little Tramp" comedy persona crossed enemy lines, making him popular among both Allied and German forces.

It is a hand-painted, 1:30 scale metal miniature sculpture.
