CS1VCAV-03 – Trooper – 1st Virginia Cavalry Regiment

Cavalry gave Civil War commanders something infantry could not easily provide – speed.

The men of the 1st Virginia Cavalry could scout enemy movements, protect Confederate flanks, carry messages and strike rapidly at vulnerable positions before withdrawing.

CS1VCAV-03 adds another trooper to the regiment, providing a different mounted figure with which to expand the formation around J.E.B. Stuart.

Used with CS1VCAV-02, the two troopers begin to turn a single command figure into a genuine cavalry detachment.
