CS33V-09 – Two Infantry Advancing – 33rd Virginia Infantry Regiment

At the First Battle of Manassas in July 1861, the brigade containing the 33rd Virginia became associated with Brigadier General Thomas J. Jackson, whose stand on Henry House Hill helped give rise to the legendary name “Stonewall.”

CS33V-09 depicts two infantrymen advancing, taking the regiment away from static formation and directly towards the fighting.

The pair can move beside the colours, reinforce an existing battle line or form part of a larger Confederate advance.
