CTSK-05N – Four Balearic Slingers
The Balearic Slingers earned a formidable reputation throughout the ancient Mediterranean. Originating from the Balearic Islands, these specialist missile troops became highly valued mercenaries and were used extensively by Carthage during the Punic Wars.
CTSK-05N brings together four Balearic Slingers, creating an instant skirmishing group capable of operating ahead of the heavier Carthaginian battle line.
Their open formation is ideal for spreading across rough ground, screening advancing infantry or harassing an approaching Roman force. Combined with additional slinger sets, they can form a substantial screen of missile troops across the front of the army.
