GG91-08N – Four British Infantry Highlanders – 91st Regiment

GG91-08N captures the different stages of maintaining a Victorian infantry firing line with four men of the 91st Regiment – two standing ready while two kneeling soldiers reach for ammunition.

The mixture of actions makes this set particularly effective in a larger Anglo-Zulu War display. Rather than presenting every rifle at exactly the same angle, the four figures suggest the continuous cycle of preparing, loading and firing that sustained the defensive line.

Combined with the other GG91 releases, the set can help create a sizeable contingent of Princess Louise's Argyllshire Highlanders within the Eshowe Relief Column.
