GG91-15N – Four Highlanders – 91st Regiment

Four riflemen poised to fire create an immediate sense of the moment before a volley.

GG91-15N depicts four men of the 91st Regiment, with two standing and two kneeling, all prepared to fire their rifles. The arrangement gives the set plenty of visual depth straight from the box while still allowing the individual figures to be incorporated elsewhere in a larger formation.

They are ideally suited to the British defensive position at Gingindlovu, where disciplined rifle fire played a major role in defeating the Zulu attack on 2 April 1879.
