GWF-37 – Two Wounded PCDF
GWF-37 – Two Wounded PCDF expands the range of French casualty figures available for a Western Front scene.
France's soldiers endured some of the most sustained fighting of the entire First World War. From the opening campaigns of 1914 through Verdun and the battles of 1918, the country's infantry repeatedly returned to heavily contested sectors.
These two wounded poilus can be incorporated into almost any French battlefield setting. Position them among the aftermath of an attack, moving towards a dressing station or awaiting assistance behind the front.
Used alongside the other casualty releases, they allow collectors to create a larger medical scene without relying upon duplicate figures.
Available from The Military Workshop – two detailed John Jenkins Designs wounded French soldiers for adding realism and a respectful acknowledgement of the human cost of the Great War.
