HITT-09AN – Four Hittite Spearmen

HITT-09AN provides four Hittite spearmen, offering a convenient way of adding further manpower to the army of King Muwatalli II.

While the spectacular Hittite chariots provide natural focal points, a large infantry contingent gives the display the scale expected of a major Late Bronze Age army.

The Hittite Empire possessed sophisticated administration, diplomacy and military organisation, allowing its rulers to project power from Anatolia deep into Syria. Kadesh was therefore not an isolated clash but part of a wider contest over regional influence.

These four warriors can reinforce an existing formation without dominating it. Mix them among the eight-man HITT sets or use them as a smaller detachment protecting a command position.
