HMRR-15Y – Hastatus – Yellow Shield
The yellow-shielded Roman contingent continues with HMRR-15Y – Hastatus, another individual infantryman designed to complement the larger HMRR formations.
The figure represents the type of soldier who stood behind Rome's expanding political power. Treaties and diplomacy might extend Roman influence, but maintaining that influence repeatedly required armies in the field.
For a collector, the greatest value of this individual release is flexibility. Use him to extend a rank by one figure, fill the space beside a command group or add a warrior to uneven terrain where a larger set will not fit naturally.
Mixed with the other yellow-shield Hastati, HMRR-15Y helps create a formation that appears unified without becoming repetitive.
