IC-11A – Iceni Warrior Charging
The story of the Iceni revolt has survived primarily through Roman writers such as Tacitus and Cassius Dio, whose accounts were written from outside the rebel culture and must therefore be interpreted with care.
What emerges nevertheless is the picture of an uprising powerful enough to shake Roman authority across southeastern Britain.
IC-11A captures one of Boudica's warriors at the most dramatic point of that story – charging into battle.
The figure can be used in a large tribal attack, but it is equally effective in a smaller close-combat vignette. Pair him against one or two Roman soldiers, add suitable ground cover and the scene becomes a snapshot of the wider struggle.
