JR-31N – Four Highlanders
A Jacobite army needs numbers, and JR-31N – Four Highlanders provides an excellent way to increase the strength of the clan formations without sacrificing the individual character of the figures.
Highland troops achieved their most dramatic success early in the campaign at Prestonpans, where the government army was routed after a rapid Jacobite attack. The victory gave the Rising enormous momentum and helped encourage the subsequent advance into England.
Four figures can form a small group of their own, but JR-31N becomes even more effective when mixed with JR-31A, JR-31B and other Highlander releases.
Arrange them in an irregular formation rather than a rigid row. Some warriors can be slightly ahead, others behind, creating the impression of men moving across broken ground.
