JR-32AN – 3 Highlanders | John Jenkins Designs

JR-32AN brings together three Highlanders of the Jacobite Army, providing collectors with another group for recreating the fierce fighting associated with the Jacobite Rising.

The Jacobite forces included not only Highland clans but also Lowland Scots and Franco-Irish troops, creating an army with a wide range of military experience and traditions.

Highland units relied heavily on courage, speed and aggressive shock tactics, qualities that fitted well with the French-influenced doctrine used by many of the Jacobite professionals.

The set provides an excellent way to increase the depth of a Jacobite formation and can be combined with the individual Highlander releases for greater variety.

Will be available from The Military Workshop.
