JRCAV-03 – The Prince's Lifeguard with Standard

The presence of Prince Charles Edward Stuart gave the Jacobite Rising its political focus, and his personal mounted followers provide an impressive addition to any command scene.

JRCAV-03 – The Prince's Lifeguard with Standard combines cavalry with one of the most visually important objects on an 18th-century battlefield – the standard.

Standards identified units and personalities, provided rallying points and carried considerable symbolic significance. Within the Prince's mounted guard, the standard immediately marks the figure as part of the Jacobite command environment rather than ordinary cavalry.

Position JRCAV-03 near Bonnie Prince Charlie, with JRCAV-04 and other mounted figures around him. This creates a striking command group behind the main Highland battle line.

The mounted standard also adds valuable height to a diorama and naturally draws the eye towards the Prince's position.
