Grenadier companies traditionally contained some of the strongest and most experienced men of a British infantry regiment. By the time of the French and Indian War, they retained their reputation as selected troops and their distinctive appearance set them apart from ordinary line infantry.
QB-39 – 35th Grenadier Marching #2 portrays a grenadier of the 35th Regiment of Foot moving with his company during the Quebec campaign.
