SX-68A – Saxon Archers
The armies of Anglo-Saxon England were not composed entirely of warriors standing shoulder-to-shoulder behind shields. Missile troops could also play their part, harassing an opponent before the decisive clash of the main battle lines.
SX-68A – Saxon Archers adds another group of bowmen to the Saxon ranks, providing collectors with useful figures for creating a more varied and complete early medieval army.
Positioned around the edges of a shield wall or on suitable terrain overlooking the fighting, the archers can add another layer of action to a larger battle scene.
