TWT-11 – Eurypylus, Prince of Mysia

Eurypylus, Prince of Mysia, was one of the important allied heroes who came to the assistance of Troy during the later stages of the legendary war. He was the son of Telephus, a king whose own story was closely intertwined with the Greek expedition against Troy.

Ancient tradition portrays Eurypylus as a formidable warrior who arrived with Mysian forces and fought successfully against the Greeks, becoming one of Troy’s most dangerous defenders after the death of Hector. His battlefield success eventually brought him into conflict with Neoptolemus, the son of Achilles.

TWT-11 – Eurypylus, Prince of Mysia therefore represents much more than another Trojan warrior – he is one of the named allied heroes whose story forms part of the wider Trojan War tradition.

The Military Workshop is pleased to offer TWT-11 – an impressive John Jenkins personality figure representing the Mysian prince who came to Troy’s aid during the final stages of the legendary conflict.
