TWTAZ-01 – Penthesilea, The Amazons

Among all the legendary Amazons, Queen Penthesilea has one of the strongest connections to the story of Troy. According to later traditions surrounding the Trojan War, she arrived with her Amazon warriors to assist King Priam and the Trojans following the death of Hector.

Penthesilea proved herself a formidable warrior before eventually confronting Achilles in single combat. Their encounter became one of the most famous episodes associated with the later stages of the Trojan War tradition.

TWTAZ-01 – Penthesilea portrays the legendary Amazon queen and provides a magnificent command figure around which the other Amazon releases can be assembled.
