The success of a Viking attack often depended upon speed, aggression and the determination to close with the enemy. Once the distance between opposing forces disappeared, combat became a fierce struggle fought with axes, swords, spears and shields.

VIK-21B – Viking Warrior Charging captures a Norse fighter surging forward into battle. The energetic pose makes him ideal for the front ranks of an attacking warband, where several differently posed warriors can create the impression of a full-scale assault.
