WAD-01 – Rolls-Royce Armoured Car

Few early military vehicles possess the unmistakable character of the Rolls-Royce Armoured Car. Developed during the First World War, it combined mobility, armour and machine-gun firepower in a vehicle particularly well suited to operations across open country.

Rolls-Royce armoured cars saw service in several theatres and became especially associated with operations in the Middle East, where their range and mobility made them valuable for reconnaissance, patrol and support duties.
