The 48th Regiment of Foot was among the British regular regiments sent to North America during the French and Indian War, serving in the struggle between Britain and France for control of the continent.

BM48-05 presents four line infantrymen marching together, capturing the regiment on the move rather than already engaged in battle. The four-figure format gives the set an immediate sense of formation and makes it an excellent starting point for a substantial British column.

Combine several marching sets with officers, drummers and grenadiers to recreate a regiment advancing along the roads and wilderness tracks of colonial North America.
