CS00863 - Wheats Tiger Regiment Firing | The Collectors Showcase

Wheat's Tigers stand out within the Confederate side of this American Civil War collection. The figures portray members of the unit in a variety of active battlefield situations, from officers and standard-bearers to men firing, reloading and meeting an enemy at close quarters.

With weapon presented for firing, this Wheat's Tigers soldier represents the unit's fighting line in action. The pose brings an immediate sense of tension to a Confederate display and works well alongside the kneeling firer to create contrasting heights and angles. The reloading and advancing members of the series can then be added to suggest the movement of a unit continuing to fight under pressure.

This 54mm figure works particularly well alongside the other Wheat's Tigers releases, allowing collectors to portray a unit with command figures, firing positions, advancing men and battlefield support all represented together.
