CS01104 - McCords Kneeling Firing | The Collectors Showcase

The McCords figures represent a Confederate formation in the American Civil War through a series of complementary battlefield poses. Together, the officer, standard-bearer, drummer and fighting infantrymen show how command, communication and front-line action could be represented in one coherent display.

This McCords soldier fires from a kneeling position, creating a strong visual contrast with the standing firing figure. Together they suggest infantrymen taking different positions while responding to the same threat. The lower pose is especially effective at the front of a display, leaving space for the officer, standard and drummer to be seen behind the soldiers in action.

This 54mm figure is designed to sit naturally with the other McCords releases, giving collectors the chance to combine command, ceremonial and combat roles into a unified Confederate infantry scene.
