CSPR-03 portrays the Drummer of the Palmetto Riflemen, Company B of the 4th South Carolina Infantry.

His drum and distinctive appearance provide an attractive contrast to the armed infantry surrounding him. He can be positioned near the company officer and standard bearer or incorporated into a marching or pre-battle scene.
