JRCAV-04 – The Prince's Lifeguard – Jacobite Army

JRCAV-04 – The Prince's Lifeguard represents one of the mounted men associated with the personal protection and command entourage of Bonnie Prince Charlie.

The Jacobite cavalry arm was never comparable in size with its infantry, which makes individual mounted figures particularly useful in showing the army's actual variety.

The Prince's Lifeguard can be placed beside JRCAV-03 and JRCHARLIE-01 to form a compact group around Charles Edward Stuart. Positioned on slightly raised ground behind the infantry, the scene can suggest the Prince observing the progress of the battle.

Alternatively, the figure can be shown moving between formations or accompanying the Jacobite column on campaign.
