The rugged regions of ancient Thrace produced warriors whose fighting methods were particularly well suited to broken and difficult terrain. Light equipment gave Thracian peltasts a considerable advantage when manoeuvrability was more valuable than heavy armour.
TH-10B – Thracian Peltast portrays one of these lightly equipped fighters, ready to support heavier troops through skirmishing and missile attacks.
