CS01138 - Wheats Priming | The Collectors Showcase

Wheat's Tigers stand out within the Confederate side of this American Civil War collection. The figures portray members of the unit in a variety of active battlefield situations, from officers and standard-bearers to men firing, reloading and meeting an enemy at close quarters.

The Priming figure represents a brief but essential stage of preparing a weapon for firing. Rather than depicting the shot itself, this miniature focuses on the action immediately before a soldier can rejoin the fight. It offers a useful companion to Wheat's Tigers firing and reloading poses, helping a display show the sequence of infantry combat rather than a single moment of action.

This 54mm figure works particularly well alongside the other Wheat's Tigers releases, allowing collectors to portray a unit with command figures, firing positions, advancing men and battlefield support all represented together.
