TRW100 – Eagle's Wing
Experience the drama of the Battle of the Little Bighorn with TRW100 – Eagle's Wing, a beautifully hand-painted mounted figure from King & Country's The Real West series. Available from The Military Workshop, this dynamic miniature captures the speed, skill, and courage of one of the Northern Cheyenne's most celebrated warriors.
Eagle's Wing was a respected Northern Cheyenne Dog Soldier, belonging to one of the tribe's elite warrior societies. The Dog Soldiers were renowned for their bravery, discipline, and unwavering commitment to defending their people. During the Battle of the Little Bighorn on 25–26 June 1876, Cheyenne warriors fought alongside their Lakota allies in one of the most famous victories over the 7th U.S. Cavalry.
This striking figure depicts Eagle's Wing galloping across the battlefield while turning in the saddle to fire his Winchester repeating rifle at the advancing "Long Knives," the Native American name for U.S. soldiers. The pose perfectly captures the extraordinary horsemanship and battlefield tactics that made the Plains warriors such formidable opponents.
Expertly sculpted and richly hand-painted, TRW100 showcases the authentic clothing, weapons, and dynamic movement of a Northern Cheyenne warrior in action. Whether displayed charging alongside fellow Native American warriors or opposing General Custer's cavalry, this figure brings the excitement and history of the American Indian Wars vividly to life.
TRW100 – Eagle's Wing is an outstanding addition to any collection of King & Country's The Real West series and a fitting tribute to the courage and skill of the Cheyenne warriors who fought to defend their homeland.
