ALH001 – Australian Light Horse Cavalry Officer Command Set

The Australian Light Horse holds a special place in Australia's military history.

These mounted troops were not traditional cavalry in the strictest sense. They generally used their horses for mobility before fighting dismounted as mounted infantry, although circumstances occasionally produced spectacular mounted actions.

ALH001 – Australian Light Horse Cavalry Officer Command Set brings leadership to the mounted ranks, providing the figures around which a larger Light Horse formation can be organised.

It is an excellent centrepiece for Middle Eastern campaigns of the First World War and a natural companion to mounted troopers and supporting weapons.

Available through The Military Workshop – an impressive Thomas Gunn Australian Light Horse command set commemorating one of Australia's most distinctive First World War formations.
