ATW007B – BAR Gunner Firing Prone – 82nd Airborne

Once American paratroopers landed, every weapon they could bring into action became important – and the BAR provided valuable automatic firepower at squad level.

ATW007B – BAR Gunner Firing from the Prone Position wears the insignia of the 82nd Airborne Division.

His low firing position is ideal for a battle already underway, whether defending a crossroads, engaging German troops across a field or providing covering fire for fellow paratroopers moving forward.

Available from The Military Workshop – a dynamic Thomas Gunn 82nd Airborne BAR gunner bringing low-level combat action to an American WWII display.
