ATW009A – “Shush” – 82nd Airborne

Sometimes survival depended upon silence.

ATW009A – “Shush” portrays an 82nd Airborne paratrooper signalling those around him to remain quiet – a wonderfully expressive pose suggesting that enemy troops may be dangerously close.

The figure opens up excellent possibilities for patrols, ambushes and night-operation scenes. Place him at the head of a small group moving through a village, woodland or hedgerow and the entire display immediately takes on a sense of tension.

Available through The Military Workshop – an atmospheric Thomas Gunn 82nd Airborne figure capturing one of those tense moments when silence could be as important as firepower.
