FJ028B – MG42 with Crew – Late War

By the final years of WWII, German forces were increasingly fighting defensive battles against enemies possessing overwhelming superiority in men and equipment.

The MG42, however, remained a potent infantry weapon.

FJ028B – MG42 with Crew represents a late-war gun team, ideally suited to the desperate battles of 1944–45.

Ruined towns, defensive trenches, woodland and hastily prepared positions all provide natural settings for the crew.

Available from The Military Workshop – an impressive Thomas Gunn late-war MG42 team bringing one of Germany's principal infantry weapons into action.
