GW031B – Prone German Officer – Gas Mask

An officer lying prone suggests a battlefield where rank offers little protection from the dangers overhead.

GW031B depicts a German officer wearing a gas mask and keeping low to the ground, producing an unusually dramatic command figure.

He fits particularly well into a gas-attack scene, among shell craters or behind the limited protection of a damaged trench parapet.

Available through The Military Workshop – an atmospheric Thomas Gunn German officer whose prone position and gas mask capture the dangerous conditions of trench warfare.
