GW037A – Surrender

Not every encounter on the battlefield ended with a fight to the death.

Men who found themselves isolated, surrounded or unable to continue resisting could surrender rather than face almost certain death.

GW037A – Surrender captures this important but less frequently represented aspect of warfare, allowing collectors to create a scene involving prisoners rather than another exchange of gunfire.

It can be particularly effective alongside advancing troops, guards or figures being disarmed.

Available from The Military Workshop – an unusual Thomas Gunn Great War figure offering collectors a different story to tell on the battlefield.
