GW074B – William Bishop – Canadian Flying Ace

Canadian pilot William “Billy” Bishop became one of the most celebrated Allied fighter aces of the First World War.

Credited officially with 72 aerial victories, Bishop received numerous decorations, including the Victoria Cross, Distinguished Service Order and Military Cross.

His achievements made him one of Canada's most famous wartime aviators and an important figure in the history of the Royal Flying Corps.

GW074B – William Bishop provides the Allied counterpart to the many famous German aces represented within the range.

Available from The Military Workshop – a Thomas Gunn portrayal of Canadian Victoria Cross recipient Billy Bishop, one of the leading Allied fighter aces of the Great War.
